I just wanted to update you on where I am now. I am 8 months out and I have lost 87 lbs! I feel great and I am so much healthier. It has been a huge blessing to be able to find myself again. It is a lot of fun shopping for clothes and being able to find my size easily! My family has been a huge support system for me! I am so glad I made the choice I did for the surgery and just as happy that I chose Dr. Umbach. I have had no side effects, nor any physical complications of any kind. My blood work has been fine each time I have had it checked and all my vitamin levels are in the normal range. I still have about 40lbs I would like to lose and my weight loss has slowed considerably, but I know I can achieve my goal if I just keep trying.
