Today is actually my seven month post-op. I have lost a total of 74 pounds and I feel amazing. I think it was the best decision I have ever taken. It has helped me with the way I feel, my confidence, my health.
Would I recommend this? Definitely, I think it’s a wonderful tool that we need and what I like about it is that it really helps me to control the amount of food I eat. Before I would eat a whole lot of food and make very bad decisions. Now I think very carefully of what I eat and I just think it’s a wonderful thing.
