Oh wow! Attached is a before and after I just posted. I think I was even bigger in this picture than I was in the one I used!
I just jumped on the scale again this morning. It’s been awhile. Lost 3 more pounds for a grand total of 137 pounds gone! Wow. Never thought I’d get here. Choosing weight loss surgery was the best thing I have ever done for myself. It was probably the bravest I have ever done too. I’m so proud of myself for succeeding!
