Move Through the Summer

Did you join the Blossom Summer Season Sprint Movable Challenge? Even if you didn’t, it’s still important to keep pushing forward in your exercise program through the end of the summer. Keep your activities fun and challenging enough to elevate your heartbeat, break a sweat and bring a smile to your face knowing you are making a positive change.

While working out, you should be able to answer questions in short sentences or with a simple “yes,” or “no” answer. If you are able to carry on an in depth conversation, you may not be putting enough effort into your workout.
