Hi, my name is Kris Foss. I had surgery, it was June 6th, I believe, it was the first Friday in June, with Dr. Tom. I weighed, at the time, like 315 pounds. I am currently down to 240, during the day when I’ve eaten, and in the morning about 232 when I first get up.
I couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity I have been given. It has been a major lifestyle change. I’ve changed everything in my life from what I eat to how I exercise and it has been an entire, I call it “pushing the reset button” because I was so overweight and so unhealthy that now I have been given this second chance and I don’t want to mess it up.
So I have changed my entire lifestyle. From eating organic vegetables and organic foods, really just making that conscious effort to always, you know, be healthy in exercise and it has changed my life and I am so grateful for everyone here at Dr. Tom’s office and Blossom Bariatrics because without them I wouldn’t be feeling the way that I do now, which is that I feel so great every day.
I wake up energized, ready to start my day and it is just, you know, 5 gold stars, perfect 10, whatever you want to call it. I have had no complications whatsoever. I have not felt sick. I followed my, book, you know, my three ring binder with all of my instructions to the T with what I need to do and I have had no problems of feeling down or sick or, you know, and I wouldn’t change it for the world.
It is just thumbs up all the way.
