Airport Information
If you are flying with a major commercial airline, you will fly into McCarran Airport which is located 10 minutes (3.7 miles) from our office & surgery center.
Flight Help
Depending where you are traveling from, there are direct or one-stop flights into Las Vegas.
Some say the best time to book a flight is 2-3 weeks in advance, but there are conflicting opinions about this topic. We suggest checking out a few different options by going directly to the airline’s website and/or checking out third party websites such as:
We currently do not have access to discounted flights and are unable to book flights on the client’s behalf at this time. The flight is not included in the cost of your procedure and must be booked directly by the client.
McCarran Airport TIPS
We suggest arriving at the airport for your departing flight no less than one hour and 30 minutes prior to departure.
A government issued ID or passport are required for travel.
There are two terminals at the airport.

Transportation
FROM THE AIRPORT
Ride Share: Uber/Lyft
You can usually hail an Uber or Lyft at the airport with a quick arrival!
Location of Ride Share for Terminal 1:The Ride Share pick up is located on Level 2M of the parking garage.
- From Baggage Claim, take the elevator near door #2 up to level 2
- Cross the pedestrian bridge on level 2 to the Terminal 1 Parking Garage
Location for Taxi Cabs for Terminal 3:The Ride Share pick up is located on the valet level of the Terminal 3 parking garage.
- From Baggage Claim, take the elevator near door #52, #54, or #56, up to level 1
- Cross the pedestrian bridge on level 1 to the Terminal 3 Parking Garage
Tip:Do not hail the Uber/Lyft until you are at the ride share pick up location.
Chauffeured Transportation – Kaptyn

Rental Car Options

Taxi Cabs
Airport personal are available to help queue the lines and provide assistance as needed. Some taxis do not accept credit cards, make sure to notify the attendant if you are paying with a card.
Location for Taxi Cabs for Terminal 1:Taxi cabs are located on the east side of baggage claim, outside door exits 1 – 4.
Location for Taxi Cabs for Terminal 3:Taxi cabs are located on Level Zero

If you are taking advantage of our preferred hotel partner, please read below:
Our hotel partner is conveniently located on South Las Vegas Boulevard near many fantastic amenities! The hotel room will be booked by your Coordinator on your behalf. Coordinators select hotel and book reservations based on vacancy and needs of each client.
Keep in mind the check in time for the hotels are 3pm and the checkout time is 11am. If you need a late checkout, please discuss with your FastTrack Coordinator.
Additional nights can be added to your reservation! These additional nights should be booked in advance directly by the client. The client is responsible for payment for additional nights and depending on availability may have access to our preferred rate! Please discuss with your FastTrack Coordinator if you wish to come early or extend your stay.
