Greetings from Alaska! I just wanted to give you an update. Reached a huge milestone—-minus 100lbs since my surgery on November 21, 2013! I feel like a new person! I can’t thank you and Dr. Umbach enough for giving me my life back! I still have 40-50 to go, but with the knowledge of exercise, diet and energy that I now have, I will be there before I know it!!
