By utilizing the tools we provide and following the plan set forth by our surgeons and staff, we are confident you will lose roughly 10 pounds a month for the first 6 months after your procedure. If you are not on pace to meet this goal, please contact us immediately so we can review your eating habits, lifestyle choices and activity levels.
We’ve created a safe space for our post-op clients to gather, support and encourage each other in a positive way!
At one-week post-op, you will receive an email with the link to request to join the group. Make sure to add your last name and surgery date in order to get approved.
This is a private, closed group only for clients who have gone through the Fast Track program.
