4. Have errands to run?
Park far from the entrance to sneak in some extra steps and burn some extra calories. 30 mins of cardio is what we ask for. We know you have a busy schedule. Knock out 2 birds with 1 stone; get those errands done and get that exercise in at the same time.

 

5. When you go grocery shopping, do you try to unload the car in 1 trip?
So do I! Next time, grab those items 1 by 1, and get the extra steps. Workouts don’t have to be so tedious…
