I want to talk today, about my experience with Blossom Bariatrics.
I was kind of hesitant at first. You don’t want to be cut and sent out there and not have information. I felt that I was very informed by them, first by the nutrition class before and then after. The staff here is just…you have to see for yourself. They are incredible.
I have lost 60 pounds in 6 months. My goal is to lose another 50 pounds, really 100, but my next little goal. I feel like a new person.
Seriously the staff is awesome here. You feel like you are well-guided through this. You are very informed. I do like the visual things. So, if I had been told that this is basically the size of what your stomach will contain. So, this way you have an idea of what to expect.
Stop before you are full. Do not wait until you are full. Then you will be too full and you will not like that feeling. Don’t worry. It is not going anywhere. You can have some more in a little while.
I find that about every two hours I am looking for a little snack of some sort. Make sure it is a healthy one. Don’t grab for the junk.
Another thing is, if you don’t buy it and it is not in your house, you won’t eat it. Problem solved.
Overall I would highly recommend them. I have heard some horror stories from other people. If you are looking to have this procedure, it is life changing, for the better. So come here and check them out.
