One difficult thing, for a lot of patients, is knowing what to order when you go out to eat in a restaurant. Well the first thing I always recommend is get online or stop by the restaurant itself and check out the menu. Know what you’re going to order before you arrive. Once there order your main dish, your main meat dish, your protein source and get a side of vegetables. As far as dressings, don’t worry about dressing.
