It has been a long journey, but the end is in site. I never thought I would be able to look in the mirror and see who I used to be. I had so much fat that it was hard to move. I am happy to say that I can move better. I can go out and see people. When shopping, I rarely use a motorized cart. I feel better about myself and family and friends are happy for me and are very supportive.
