Something else I’m super excited about is protein infused almond milk. Now you know that I’m not a big fan of dairy milk for post ops for a number of reasons, but almond milk has been the clear favorite for many folks. It mixes well in your protein shakes. This product, by So Delicious, is dairy free. It’s soy free and what it has in it is pea and rice protein added to the almond milk. So you get an extra boost of protein.
