Exercise in the morning

Do 5-10 min bursts in between activities/appts

3) In pain:

Talk to a professional about alternative movements

4) The primary caretaker:

Involve your kids or others…try dancing, jump ropes, games

5) Lonely:

Ask a friend; try a group class and make a new friend

6) Unable to walk:

Do upper body movements like jumping jack arms or arm circles

7) Bored:

Distract yourself with good music, a book on tape, march in front of the TV, involve a friend

8) Hating it:

Think of something you enjoy doing then find a way to increase your body’s movement while doing it! That counts!
