We’re going to start with some warmups. The first warmups are just some seated arm swings. So get those arms moving. Get that blood circulation going. Do this for about maybe 30 seconds one way and then 30 seconds the other way. There you go, awesome Kristen, thank you. Let’s do some seated waist twists. So hands on hips, tummy in, there we go. Do this for about 30 seconds. Let’s get everything warmed up, awesome, good job, and some seated marching. There we go, hands on hips, knees nice and high, fantastic, way to got, for about 30 seconds. That should be our warmup.
